Co-facilitator, part-time (variable schedule – hours not guaranteed)
POSITION: Become a member of an excellent team as a co-facilitator for Effective Leadership Academy (ELA). ELA programs are geared toward middle and high school students with a rigorous curriculum for 21st Century Skills and address the critical issues that relate to social and emotional learning.
The Co-facilitator role is part-time with a schedule of up to 25 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed and are not the same each week but are scheduled in advance, based on the programs that ELA is facilitating within schools, and based on the availability of the co-facilitator.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-4 days of set availability during school hours, 8am – 4pm.
As ELA schedules programs, we will assign a co-facilitator, based on their availability, to assist with programs. This will be communicated via email and an online calendar. ELA will also occasionally utilize part-time facilitators to assist with larger projects in the office. Again, this time would be scheduled in advance and would be based on the co-facilitator’s availability.
