Chamber Leadership Academy (CLA) Program Pivoted to Online Experience

Chamber Leadership Academy (CLA), our youth Chamber program, takes our personal development programming to the next level by partnering with local chambers of commerce, area municipalities, elected officials, and business leaders to turn a city into a classroom.

CLA Online is very similar to the original CLA program.
CLA Online is a 5-day program administered through Zoom with each day anchored by a central theme and a closely associated leadership skill set. CLA Online will take students on behind the scenes virtual tours of local businesses in their communities. Students will also hear from panels of community leaders with varying career backgrounds willing to share their experiences and advice.

CLA Online is an action-based model that gives students an experience unlike any other at a critical period of their development. We set aside the traditional classroom instruction and utilize locally-based resources and success stories. This structure gives students tangible applications of 21^st-Century skills, local models for success, and an enthusiasm to continue to participate in developmental programming.
