LEAD with an IDEA was created to guide organizations through a series of interactive discussions focused on inclusivity, diversity & empowerment, leading to the development of an organizational action plan for change.

Define inclusive leadership, reflect on how to become more inclusive leaders, and analyze the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, areas of improvements, and goals.
Reflect on personal identity in regards to social identifiers, and review how individual privileges, values, and personality styles impact the organization.
Apply the learned concepts throughout the organization by taking a deep look at team dynamics and how to be brave in an organization as an empathetic leader.
Bring all districts voices together to apply lessons learned from each session, and begin to develop an organizational action plan in the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
