Welcome Aboard, Terrell

The Effective Leadership Academy would like to welcome Terrell McCann, our newest and youngest Board Member. Terrell is a 2023 graduate from Saint Martin De Porres High School where he served as Student Council President as well as Vice Chair of the Conference Council on Youth Ministries for the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. Terrell is an ELA Alum and attributes our program with his skills of problem solving, communication skills and thinking outside the box. He is excited to continue his education and leadership abilities at The Ohio State University this fall. Giving back to ELA by serving on the Board, Terrell hopes that his unique perspective will help to continue strengthening our programs and draw in more young people who want to also be strong leaders.
